Food isn’t always as healthy as you think. Especially the salads. You think you are doing good for yourself, but you could actually be eating as much as a burger with fries! Always think twice before your order.

I am the registered dietitian for The University of Alabama campus— so I know how it goes with the copious amounts of fried foods and refined carbohydrates around here 🙂 I’m working on my nutrition-related blog right now to share similar tales and stories.   2. Totally agree about the salad thing – don’t know if you have Pizza Express in the US, but their salads are one of the worst things on the menu nutritionally – lovely though!
